Quality and consistency of instruction has been John Massarelli’s trademark over the years. Through his vast experience as a professional player and manager John developed the ABC Hitting Philosophy. It’s success has been proven through the countless players he has helped flourish in youth, high school, college, and professional baseball. All Mashfactory players are exposed to this and the same terms and drills are used throughout the program. The same can be said on the pitching side. Chris Steinborn coaches all team pitching workouts to ensure consistency throughout the program. From top to bottom, all the coaches and staff are in constant contact with one another on making sure each player is developing to his fullest potential.
