Bryce Grisez commits to Capital University

Congratulations is due for North Canton Hoover senior Bryce Grisez who just recently committed to continue his academic and athletic career at Capital University.  We had a brief Q & A with Bryce to get some insight into his decision and what role Mashfactory played along the way.

Why did you you chose Capital?

BG: I chose Capital because I felt like a smaller school would be better for me academically.  Its 10 minutes away from the city of Columbus.  I was impressed with the facilities and the team welcomed me right away.

Favorite baseball memory playing with Mashfactory?

BG: Playing at Louisville (University of Louisville) under the lights

Biggest Influence?

BG: My biggest influence was Chris Steinborn because he really helped me improve the mental aspect of my game.  Mashfactory has really helped me improve my game as a whole.

Favorite Big Leaguer?

BG: My favorite big leaguer is Adrian Beltre because he plays the game hard and he plays like he’s having the time of his life.

What degree will you pursue?

BG: I am pursuing a degree in Nursing
